Financial Controller
Job Description
C&B Consultants is seeking a highly capable and experienced Financial Controller to join our progressive organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can manage all financial operations and contribute to the company's growth.
Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & Reporting:
Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Prepare and publish timely financial statements.
Lead the reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledger maintenance.
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Strategic Planning & Analysis:
Prepare detailed budget forecasts and monitor expenses.
Analyze the company's financial health and liquidity, and report on key metrics.
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to management, offering strategic recommendations for future action.
Compliance & Operations:
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns to ensure compliance.
Manage the debt collection process.
Ensure timely payments and efficient cash flow.
Support financial audits and ensure compliance with all financial laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience:
5-8 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2-3 years in UAE.Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency withZoho Books
andMicrosoft Excel.
