Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Leadership:

Direct and oversee the Finance and Accounts team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

Strategic Management:

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals.

Department Reorganization:

Assess current departmental structures and processes, recommending and executing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Operational Oversight:

Manage daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial processes.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Lead the budgeting process and provide insightful forecasts to support decision-making.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining the integrity of financial practices.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments to foster a culture of financial accountability and transparency, aligning financial operations with overall business objectives.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role. Familiarity with Odoo ERP financial management software. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: BD800.000 - BD1,500.000 per month
