Financial Controller

who can grow with us.

About the Role:

As

Financial Controller

, you will be the right hand of our executive team -- driving financial clarity, safeguarding our margins, and strengthening our banking and vendor relationships. This is a high-responsibility role where

financial insight meets strategic control.

You will manage budgeting, enforce internal controls, ensure compliance, and provide key reporting to guide our rapid scaling.

Key Responsibilities:

Own full financial management, including

P&L, cash flow, and monthly reporting

Design and enforce

internal financial controls

across procurement, petty cash, and payroll Liaise directly with banks, auditors, and financial institutions to

strengthen our credit profile

Monitor and reduce

COGS

, optimize vendor terms, and manage working capital Supervise junior accountants and coordinate with HR for accurate payroll processing Prepare investor-ready financial reports,

KPI dashboards

, and cost-benefit models Assist the CFO in funding negotiations and

scenario-based cash forecasting

Maintain full compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax, and labor regulations

Who You Are:

Based in UAE, with

5+ years of accounting/financial control experience

(ideally in manpower, recruitment, or service sectors) Deep understanding of

ERP systems

, cash flow modeling, and cost structuring Strong in

banking relationships

, supplier negotiations, and financial compliance Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) Professional, assertive, and

obsessed with numbers, control, and growth
