Mission

To provide an array of project / financial information needed by the management team. To deal with finance, accounting, production, marketing, personnel and operations to ensure that the business is profitable and there are proper internal controls.

Line and Staff Relations

This role will report directly to the Head of Financial Control and Reporting. He/She will work closely with the Country Managers within the region. He/She has relation with:

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and direct the monthly financial forecasting activities of projects; Analyze the monthly project forecast financials vs budget; Prepare and present to management the monthly project financial summaries, includes presenting total revenues, costs, project margins, risks; Prepare invoices after liaising with the Project Managers; Project invoicing and cash collection forecasting; Permanent coordination and communication with the project managers; Coordinate & oversee the short term / long term budgetary planning & cost management process, providing advice to senior management to ensure that budgets are on target & reflect the strategic direction of the business unit; Develop tools & procedures that will enhance financial reporting in order to provide a controlled environment within the business unit; Participate in all internal & external audit activities;

Profile Specifications - Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance. Proven working experience as a Financial Controller (at least 5 years as Financial controller) Project based financial analysis Ability to effectively communicate on all levels Able to work on ERP Excellent working knowledge of Excel Fluent in English ; French is a big plus
