- Prepare accurate financial statements inline with internal mapping to share with the CFO.

- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis vs. actual results.
Cost Control
- Monitor manufacturing cost centers, BOMs, and overhead absorption for both plants.
- Analyze cost of goods sold (COGS) and drive margin improvement.
Cash Flow Management
- Manage cash flow planning, bank relationships, and treasury operations.
- Monitor working capital (receivables, payables, inventory).
Audit & Tax Compliance
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Oversee VAT, corporate tax filings, and ensure timely compliance.
II. Manufacturing & Operations Support
Inventory & Cost Accounting
- Supervise the inventory team and ensure accurate FG and RM monthly stock taking and reporting
- Reconcile production reports and inputs with System data.
Production Planning Interface
- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to align financial insights with operational efficiency.
CapEx Management
- Support investment analysis for plant and machinery.
- Monitor ROI and depreciation schedules for fixed assets.
III. Administrative Leadership
Office & Admin Supervision*
- Oversee general administration including office services, facility management, and vendor contracts.
Human Resources Support
- Coordinate payroll inputs and staff budgeting.
- Support HR in reviewing employment contracts and benefits.
IT & Systems Oversight
- Supervise the new HR system implementation
- Ensure data integrity and user access controls.
IV. Legal & Compliance Duties
Corporate Governance
- Maintain corporate documentation, licenses, and trade registrations.
Contract Management
- Review supplier, customer, lease, and service contracts for financial risk.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, environmental regulations, and corporate policies.
Risk Management
- Identify financial and operational risks; propose mitigation actions.
