ARAMAN CEO of ASTUDIO is hiring a Financial Controller to own the numbers, tighten the books, and bring clarity to creative chaos. This role goes beyond routine finance--you'll be the backbone of accuracy, control, and strategic visibility across a fast-moving, multi-entity creative operation.

We work across luxury branding, production, and tech. You'll work directly with the founder and leadership team to ensure the numbers tell the right story--clearly, consistently, and on time.
What You'll Do

Handle full-cycle accounting for multiple business units Reconcile accounts, manage monthly closing, and maintain clean general ledgers Prepare financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and management reports Monitor payables, receivables, payroll, and intercompany allocations Track project-based revenue and cost reporting across clients and verticals Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and evolving reporting standards Identify and fix gaps in processes, systems, and controls
What You Bring

5+ years of experience in accounting (agency, production, or service-based industry preferred) Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, ACCA, or CA is a strong advantage Proven experience managing multi-entity books and reporting deadlines Deep familiarity with tools like Xero and ZohoBooks A proactive mindset--you don't wait to be asked High attention to detail with zero tolerance for inaccuracy Strong communication skills; clear, concise, no fluff Ability to operate with confidentiality and handle founder-level trust
