Oversee financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguard assets.
Manage the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance to identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions to improve financial health.
Provide leadership and guidance to finance teams, including coaching, mentoring, and professional development.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
Proven experience in financial management or accounting roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
Experience with financial planning and budgeting processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
