MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Preparing financial reports, sales budgets, and financial forecasts on a regular basis
Preparing monthly Flash memo
Reviewing sales entries and monthly cut-off
Follow and prepare sales commission
Overseeing the financial analysis
Ensuring that weekly sales are accurate
Prepare sales reports
Prepare digital reports
Participate to prepare KPI and business review
Ensuring that the books of accounts are compiled every end of the month
Ensuring that the books of accounts are compiled at the end of every financial year
Review HQ reporting and budgeting

SKILLS:

Must have +4 years of experience in audit
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems (SAP)
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
Working knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis
Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Masters Degree in Finance or Accounting
