Facilitation and active participation in the planning processes as per agreed timeline, measures and areas of responsibility
Improvement and maintenance of forecasting consolidation tools at Middle East level
Timely submission of forecasts in the Sephora systems
Monthly Outlook /Estimates (on request / ad-hoc basis)
Monthly Management Accounts & Closings
Participate in month-end close process & deliver of financial and management reports per company\xe2\x80\x99s schedule
Ensure data accuracy in area of responsibility (Sales, Margin, Marketing, Shop Payroll)
Analysis and explanation of variations to plans and prior years/periods, with comments on the results achieved and recommend actions
Development and maintenance of systems and tools necessary for accurate follow-up and management (Store database, Sephora systems, CRF files, Store profitability etc)
Reporting & Analysis
Preparation of financial and commercial reports and analyses (daily, weekly monthly)
Monitoring / analysis of results and recommendations of business measures & areas to improve company\xe2\x80\x99s standing
Close partnership with business to monitor and analyze key investment areas (Marketing, HR, Shop Payroll) & recommend actions for improvement.
Automate dashboard generation and focus on added value analysis
Facilitate and/or lead key management processes such as Commercial Targets setting, Commissions calculations, Business reviews.
Ad hoc analysis to support the business
Skills, Experience and Personality
Business partnering skills \xe2\x80\x93 strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trusting relationships with different stakeholders in France and Middle East
Analytical thinking, always looking for opportunities for improvement
Advanced Excel and Reporting systems understanding skills
High level of accuracy, with an eye for details while keeping the big picture in sight
At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, business partnering or controlling roles
