The Financial Controller will oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, project cost control and forecast preparation, and the development of internal control policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across projects Oversee internal controls, compliance, and audit processes Collaborate with senior management to support strategic decision-making Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and international standards Supervise and mentor accounting and finance staff
Qualifications & Experience
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or CPA/CMA preferred
7-10 years of progressive experience
in financial management or controlling Strong understanding of IFRS, financial reporting, and audit practices Experience in theconstruction, engineering, or oil & gas sector
is a plus Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skillsPreferred Attributes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset
