Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Functional Consultant - SCM

with deep expertise in

Supply Chain Management

and proven success in

ERP advisory and implementation

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading supply chain transformation initiatives, advising stakeholders, and ensuring successful ERP deployment across business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the

primary functional consultant

for SCM projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead

ERP advisory, implementation, and optimization

within the Supply Chain domain. Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Map business processes, identify gaps, and recommend best practices for supply chain efficiency. Support

end-to-end implementation cycles

(requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support). Provide

functional expertise

across Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, and Order Management. Ensure ERP solutions are fully integrated and aligned with corporate strategy. Conduct user training and support knowledge transfer sessions.

Requirements:

12+ years of experience

in Supply Chain Management, with strong exposure to ERP (SAP / Oracle / MS Dynamics / other major ERP platforms). Proven track record of

leading ERP advisory and implementation projects

. Strong understanding of

SCM processes

including procurement, logistics, inventory, demand/supply planning, and order fulfillment. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a

fast-paced, multicultural environment

. Availability to start

within 30 days
