Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience to join our team as a Consultant. The ideal candidate should bring strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with prior experience in audit or consulting firms. The role offers exposure across audit, advisory, compliance, and tax, with an emphasis on UAE-specific regulatory requirements such as VAT and Corporate Tax (CT).

Job Profile:

Conduct financial analysis and reviews to identify key insights and areas for improvement.

Support clients with audit, assurance, compliance, and business advisory services.

Assist in evaluating internal controls, risk management frameworks, and process efficiencies.

Provide guidance on UAE VAT compliance, filing, reconciliations, and advisory matters.

Assist clients in understanding and complying with the new UAE Corporate Tax framework, including impact assessments and reporting.

Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and recommendations.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.

Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.

Keep up to date with accounting standards, UAE tax regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

2-5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in an audit or consulting environment.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit methodologies.

Exposure to UAE VAT and/or Corporate Tax compliance and advisory preferred.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of financial tools/software is an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
