to join our team.Your key responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial models to support business valuation, feasibility analysis, and business plan. Conduct business valuation, due diligence, and M&A advisory, including financial and operational analysis. Perform market research to substantiate feasibility studies and business plans. Prepare comprehensive reports, investor decks, and placement documents for client presentations. Present report and investor's deck to shareholders and key stakeholders
To qualify for the role, you must have
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in a consultancy firm.Professional Certifications:
CA/ACCA/CFA (or currently pursuing CFA) is mandatory.Skills:
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills. Excellent report writing and presentation skills. Effective verbal and written communication for client and stakeholder interactions.
Other Requirements: Willingness to travel as required.
