Follow up and collect payments from clients and tenants.
Prepare regular reports on collection activities and outstanding balances.
Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding received and pending payments.
Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients.
Issue receipts and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Requirements:
Previous experience in collection or accounting (preferably in the real estate sector).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting systems.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
A valid Qatar driving license is mandatory
Preferably Arab Nationality
