We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with a proven ability to drive results through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with key business stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic plans.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including month-end commentary on top-line and bottom-line performance, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
Perform actuals vs. budget variance analysis and deep dive reviews of unit economics and key metrics.
Develop and implement financial models and business cases to assess the financial impact of various initiatives (e.g., customer offers, promotions, launches, incentive programs, cost optimization).
Monitor and track short and medium-term plans to ensure optimal capital allocation.
Contribute to cost optimization initiatives and financial transformation projects.
Support month-end activities, including journal entries, profit and loss analysis, and creation of variance reports.
Assist with investment evaluation, including ROI, payback, and NPV modeling for new, replacement, and expansion projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, procurement, and business divisions.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance (or equivalent).
CFA Level 3 certification is highly preferred.
Over 8 years of experience in Finance roles, with a strong emphasis on Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting, Commercial Finance, Spend Management, and Cost Optimization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with financial modeling.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for partnering with business teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute to Digital Transformation, Analytics, Process Improvement, and ERP projects (e.g., SAP S/4 Hana, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Ariba).
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Power BI, SAP, and Tableau.
Familiarity with Python/SQL.
Experience in a fast-paced, multi-country operational environment.
Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and EBITDA improvement initiatives.
