Utilize sophisticated financial modeling techniques for in-depth evaluations, including cash flow projections, IRR calculations, and sensitivity analyses.

Evaluate financial feasibility and risks associated with potential investments, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of risk profiles.

Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and local real estate conditions to provide informed insights for decision-making.

Assist in due diligence for acquisitions, reviewing and analyzing financial documentation.

Prepare clear financial reports and presentations for stakeholders, facilitating transparent communication of complex financial information.

Requirements

The ideal candidate:

CA/CPA qualified with 5 years of experience.
Proficiency in financial modeling.
Prior experience in financial analysis, preferably in real estate.
Knowledge of real estate valuation techniques and familiarity with industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
