Nextcare is a member of Allianz Group, one of the leading integrated financial services providers worldwide. The role is part of Nextcare’s central Finance team, based in Dubai. The team is in charge of 11 countries across the MEA region.
:
- Act as Finance Business partner for Nextcare’s IT Function under the guidance of Regional Planning & Controlling manager:
- Support IT management in planning and tracking spend across multiple teams, projects and countries
- Provide insights about IT expenses and how they compare to project plans and annual plans
- Provide recommendations to meet plans
- Gain understanding about the type of spend and identify elements that should be capitalized
- Oversee IT expense amortization, IT expense reporting & charge-outs to multiple beneficiaries across various jurisdictions
- Extract cost Ledgers/reports from Accounting software and doing slicing and dicing analysis for CFO and CIO
- Support Regional Planning & Controlling manager in various activities across the funcition:
- Apply Nextcare’s cost accounting structure as per Group guidelines
- Monitor Nextcare revenues & expenses across 12 countries & provide regular reports to various stakeholders
- Gain insights into the business drivers of revenue & expense developments & deviations
- Plan & forecast FTE, revenues & expenses across Nextcare in corrdination with business management
- Maintain & update key Planning & Controlling documents
- Calculate unit transaction cost to support pricing of new business
- Address ad-hoc questions from stakeholders across Nextcare and Allianz GroupMinimum Requirements:
- Financial Analyst with 2-3 years work experience within a larger Finance Organization
- Bachelor in Business/Finance/Accounting/Economics a must
- Arabic a plus
- Experience and interest must be in Financial Analysis (slicing & dicing numbers, relating them to business activities while maintaining the big picture). This is not an accounting position
