We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.

Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and variance analysis.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in the preparation of financial presentations and materials for senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, provide insights, and support decision-making.
Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the business.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Previous experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software/tools.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Requirements:
