Job Description
We would like to recruit a candidate in the post of "Financial Analyst" for our ongoing projects. Please find below info for a proposal. Position: Financial Analyst (preferred 10+ years working experience covering Real Estate and Finance) Duration: 6 months (full time), to join immediately possible for extension Location: work within Dubai Scope of Work (below is only guidance, details to be mutually agreed)
- Planning, overseeing and preparing investment/development appraisals, ongoing monitor of financial models - actuals v budget
- Providing tactical direction on design development in line with project objectives. Ensuring designs are in line with market demands and optimal operational efficiencies.
- Sourcing appropriate relevant and accurate information on prevailing market conditions and trends. Extrapolating outcomes from such analysis to ensure projects components and designs are in line with market demands; ensure the assumptions used in the investment/development appraisals are justifiable; identify opportunities to add value to projects or investment portfolio.
- Preparing project presentations as required
- Assessment of investment performance of investment assets and recommendation of optimal leasing and operational strategies.
