NRL provides world-class diagnostic services to the Mubadala Health network and partners with more than 250 clients from a wide range of market segments, including private and government hospitals, medical centers and clinics, corporate organizations, and other reference laboratories.

NRL provides world-class diagnostic services to the Mubadala Health network and partners with more than 250 clients from a wide range of market segments, including private and government hospitals, medical centers and clinics, corporate organizations, and other reference laboratories. Role Overview The Financial Analyst will play a key role in building and maintaining dashboards to support performance monitoring and informed decision-making. Responsibilities include revenue reporting, variance analysis, cash flow reporting, OPEX and COS analysis, and annual budgeting. The role also involves supporting strategic planning initiatives and contributing to the optimization of operational efficiency to help achieve M42 assetsaEUR(TM) strategic goals. Responsibilities

Develop and manage interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to enhance business performance visibility. Perform data extraction, transformation, and financial analysis using SQL. Prepare and review monthly revenue reports, including variance analysis for monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date performance. Analyze OPEX, COS, and key financial metrics to support decision-making. Generate profitability reports by department, location, and client, and assess service line performance. Conduct costing analysis of services and monitor periodically to identify improvement opportunities. Support budget planning, CAPEX monitoring, asset scorecards, and the implementation of financial procedures aligned with strategic goals. Essential Qualifications

Proficiency in BI tools (preferably Power BI) for dashboard creation and performance tracking. Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and presentations. Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field. Preferred

Professional certifications (CMA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, CA, CFA). Experience in healthcare or healthcare financial data. Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools. Seniority level
