The Head of Talent Acquisition is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring that the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. Major Responsibilities Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions. Utilize various recruiting methods and tools to attract candidates. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process. Knowledge & Skill Requirements Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
