Raising invoices for sales (hardware, software, services, repairs, and AMC), payment follow-ups, and preparation of debtor aging analysis.
Preparing books of accounts with monthly closure.
Responsible for proper maintenance of accruals, provisions, prepaid expenses, and the fixed asset (FA) schedule.
Daily MIS, PAF creation, cost margin analysis, deferred revenue management, and preparation of the sales register.
Maintain petty cash; prepare monthly MIS (actual vs. budget and cash flow).
Handling the external yearly audit.
Assisting in business performance reviews.
Payroll verification; weekly payment verification and approval.
Initiate all bank transactions and liaise with banks for all compliances.
Prepare, approve, and process weekly payment data.
