Job Description

We are hiring a Accountant to own accounting, tax, VAT, audits, compliance, and financial reporting across our real estate brokerage and advisory businesses. This is a high-ownership role with direct founder interaction.

ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance

Own end-to-end accounting in Tally for multiple entities Maintain accurate books, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow Handle revenue recognition for commissions and advisory fees

Tax, VAT & Compliance (UAE)

Independently manage VAT filings, reconciliations, and audits Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and free zone requirements Maintain audit-ready documentation

Audit & Controls

Lead statutory and internal audits end-to-end Coordinate with external auditors and close audit findings Implement financial controls and policies

Structuring

Support entity structuring and inter-company transactions Implement financial controls and policies

Banking & Reporting

Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow visibility Prepare monthly management reports and insights

Coordination & Support

Work closely with operations, sales, and compliance teams Coordinate with auditors, VAT consultants, and banks Support company setup, renewals, and regulatory filings from a finance perspective

RequirementsRequired Skills & Experience

3-6 years of accounting experience in UAE Mandatory hands-on experience with Tally Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations Experience in real estate, brokerage, or professional services preferred Proficiency in bank reconciliations and financial reporting Strong attention to detail and documentation Ability to handle multiple entities and workflows

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce CA, ACCA, CMA, CFA or equivalent is a plus Experience working with auditors and compliance teams Exposure to commission-based businesses is an advantage
