We're Hiring | HR cum Accountant (Zoho Preferred | Manufacturing Industry)

We are looking for an experienced HR cum Accountant with a strong accounting background, preferably with Zoho Books / Zoho Payroll, and experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.

Key Responsibilities (Accounting-Focused):

Maintain complete accounting records using Zoho Books Handle accounts payable & receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations Record daily financial transactions related to manufacturing and factory operations Monitor production costs, factory expenses, and cost control Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports Manage supplier invoices, payments, and expense claims Support budgeting, cash flow management, and audits Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
HR & Payroll Responsibilities:

Process payroll using Zoho Payroll or equivalent system Manage attendance, leave, and employee records Handle HR documentation in compliance with UAE Labour Law Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Accountant or HR cum Accountant Hands-on experience with Zoho (Books / Payroll preferred) Strong knowledge of accounting and cost accounting in manufacturing environments Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and payroll procedures Proficient in MS Excel Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
