Position Title: Finance Accountant (Mid-Level)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Reporting To: Finance Manager / CEO

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Accountant to oversee and manage the financial operations across our diverse portfolio, including a ladies salon, a travel agency, and an investment firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of UAE financial regulations, VAT compliance, payroll processing, and intercompany transactions.

Key Responsibilities

. Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for each business entity.

. VAT Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate VAT filings in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.

. Payroll Management: Process monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and timely disbursement of salaries.

. Intercompany Transactions: Manage and reconcile intercompany accounts, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial dealings between the entities.

. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.

. Audit Preparation: Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits, ensuring all financial documents and records are up-to-date and accurate.

. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure all practices align with current laws and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

. Education: BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications like ACCA, CPA, or CMA are advantageous.

. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably within the UAE. Experience across multiple industries is a plus.

. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

. Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE VAT laws, payroll regulations, and financial reporting standards.

. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
