Job Description

Real Estate Financial Account Professional Extensive Experience in Real Estate Finance Proven background in managing financial operations within the real estate sector, including leasing, property sales, and investment portfolios. Hands-on experience with CRM financial modules for real-time tracking of client payments, receivables, and portfolio performance. Strong knowledge of escrow account management, in compliance with UAE Real Estate Regulatory agency (ADREC) laws and other relevant authorities. Skilled in reconciling real estate transactions through escrow, ensuring secure and transparent fund flows between buyers, sellers, and developers. Capable of preparing and analyzing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support strategic real estate decisions. Ensures adherence to local and international financial regulations, including VAT, AML, and escrow regulations. Experience in liaising with escrow banks, external auditors, and regulatory authorities for account reviews, audits, and compliance checks.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
