About you and this role

Internship opportunities exist in Dow\xe2\x80\x99s Finance organization for individuals who are preferably within one year of graduation and who are working towards a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related. We are looking for an ambitious Finance student to support our Finance team by doing an internship project.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations and treasury functions within a global industry leader.

As a Finance/Treasury Intern, you will support our finance team in various tasks related to cash management, financial analysis, and risk mitigation. We would like you to do a help implementing Accounts Receivable programs across Middle East/Africa/Turkey/India and help implementing Supply Chain Financing across that same geography. Credit Risk Management is also part of that scope.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily cash management activities, including monitoring cash positions and forecasting.
• Contribute to financial analysis and reporting, aiding in decision-making processes.
• You report to the regional Finance Director for Middle East/Africa/Turkey

Qualifications

• You are currently studying for a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related.
• You have a good working knowledge of English.
• You can spend a period of 2 to 6 months on the internship assignment (exact timing to be discussed).
