Finance Specialist – Fp&a And Project Support
Job Description
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in
the banking or financial services industry
Proven experience in FP&A, management reporting, and
financial analysis
Prior involvement in finance system implementations,
automation, or digital transformation projects
Strong command over Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of EPM
tools, Oracle, OFSAA, or similar systems
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder
management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and project-driven
environment
Preferred Experience:
Exposure to international banking operations
* Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
