Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is highly preferred.
Proven experience of 5-8 years in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cash forecasting, and financial modelling.
Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
Experience working within a large consulting firm is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Quick learner with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
Knowledge of relevant financial software and ERP systems is an advantage.
