Financial Planning and Analysis

• Develop and manage the annual budget and periodic forecasts for retail trading and manufacturing operations.
• Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
• Prepare financial models and scenarios to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor key financial and operational metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement.

Reporting

• Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to stakeholders.
• Present financial results and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with internal reporting standards and external regulatory requirements.

Strategic Business Partnering

• Collaborate with retail and manufacturing teams to evaluate business initiatives and investment opportunities.
• Support cost control and efficiency improvement initiatives across production and retail operations.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and product profitability to drive data-driven decisions.

Process Improvement

• Streamline financial processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead automation projects for financial reporting and forecasting tools.
• Implement best practices in financial planning and risk management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and management, ideally in retail trading or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
