Finance Operations / Reporting Analyst - First Abu Dhabi Bank - UAE
Position Overview
This role supports finance and banking operations through accurate reporting, system-driven analysis, and data integrity. You'll work with core banking and ERP platforms to deliver timely insights, support decision-making, and maintain strong control standards across finance functions.
Salary Range

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports to support business decisions
Work with ERP and General Ledger systems to ensure accurate postings and reconciliations
Support month-end activities, variance analysis, and data validations
Maintain high data quality standards across finance and reporting platforms
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data, reporting, and system-related issues
Contribute to process improvements and reporting automation initiatives
Systems and Analytics Exposure
ERP and GL systems such as Oracle, SAP, and Wolters Kluwer
Core banking platforms including Temenos and Intellect
Reporting and analytics tools such as Data Warehouse solutions, Power BI, and Excel
Advanced data analysis using Excel formulas, macros, and basic SQL
Compliance and Controls
Ensure adherence to internal finance policies, controls, and regulatory requirements
Support audit requests with accurate documentation and data extracts
Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banking, finance, or a finance function
Hands-on exposure to ERP or core banking systems is desirable
Strong analytical skills with proven experience in reporting and data analysis
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
