Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is seeking an experienced
Finance Officer
with strong expertise in
procurement, vendor management, and financial administration
to join our dynamic team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the real estate sector and the ability to manage financial operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle procurement operations, including sourcing, pricing, vendor evaluation, and purchase order management
Manage and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Oversee facility maintenance, property expenses, and tenant / sales-related financial matters
Ensure compliance with Company Policies, Procedures, and Qatar regulations
Maintain proper Document Control and financial records
Support logistics, administration, and contract management activities
Prepare financial reports, cost analyses, and budget tracking
Assist with audits, payment processing, and reconciliation
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting, or related field
Minimum 4 years' proven experience in
Finance, Procurement, Document Control, or Logistics
within the real estate industry
Strong knowledge of procurement cycles, vendor negotiation, and contract handling
Proficient in ERP, CRM, and MS Office
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Must be currently based in Qatar with a valid QID
