Job Responsibilities:

- Maintenance of proper records / booking keeping.

- Preparation of IFRS compliant standalone financial statements.

- Assisting and coordination with auditor for finalization of statutory audit.

- Filling of quarterly VAT return of special purposes holding companies.

- Filling of Corporate Tax return of special purposes holding companies as and when applicable.

- Ensuring compliance with UAE and DIFC company rules and regulations.

- Responsible for maintaining statutory record (BOD minutes, register for shareholders, directors, and secretary).

- Ensuring compliance with UAE economic substance rules and regulation.

- Ensuring compliance with other applicable laws, rules, and regulation in UAE.

- Assist in consolidation of IFRS compliant monthly/quarterly financials based on subsidiaries reporting package using spread sheet reporting tools.

- Assist in preparation of required report/presentation for meeting of Ti group board/ management and keeping records of the proceeding of the meetings.

- Assist in reconciliations of intercompany transactions, balance, and loans.

Job Requirements:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in Corporate Finance role.

- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Male candidates are required for this role.

- Age: Below 28 years.

- Candidates with 1st attempt CA clearance will only be considered for this role.
