Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all financial activities including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, forecasts, and budgets for management.
Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and accounting standards.
Monitor cash flow, investments, and capital expenditures.
Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff.
Coordinate with auditors, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
Implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Support strategic planning and provide financial insights to senior management.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
Requirements:
Graduate in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in accounting and ERP software (SAP, Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Office.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred candidates already based in the UAE and should be open to relocating to Abu Dhabi
