Job Description

My client are a growing tech organisation in UAE and they are looking for an exceptional Finance Manager to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation of monthly accounts and financial reporting.
Where necessary will assist with day-to-day accounts preparation and report preparation.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and local standards.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Present financial performance reports to the senior management, investors, and regulators.
Establish and maintain financial risk management policies and controls.
Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and fintech-specific requirements.
Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to manage multi-jurisdictional obligations.
Assist with fundraising efforts (VC, PE, debt) and manage investor relationships.
Prepare investor materials, pitch decks, and support due diligence processes.
Communicate financial performance and strategic outlook to stakeholders.
Build and mentor a high-performing Finance team.
Foster a culture of accountability, compliance, and innovation.
Oversee implementation and optimization of finance systems (ERP, accounting software).
Drive automation and fintech integration for reporting and analytics.
Identify opportunities for financial innovation aligned with product strategy.
