Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all financial activities related to the construction projects.
Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Oversee financial analysis, cost control, and cash flow management.
Collaborate with project managers and senior management to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Ensure proper utilization and management of Oracle financial systems.
Conduct financial risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Maintain compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls.
Supervise the finance team and coordinate with auditors during audits.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the construction industry.
Extensive hands-on expertise with Oracle financial systems.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Sound knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards in the UAE
