- Coordinate with banking facilities and loans and loan payment structures.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts for the homecare service facility. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on financial performance, variances, and trends.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to set financial targets and monitor expenditures.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and forecast cash needs to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations.
