: As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial planning, analysis, and management of the organization. You will provide leadership and strategic guidance to our finance team and ensure that financial processes and reporting are accurate, timely, and aligned with the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals. - Manage and lead the finance team, providing direction and support in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies and business plans.
- Maintain and manage financial systems, controls, and procedures to safeguard the company\xe2\x80\x99s assets.
- Review and approve financial transactions, including payables, receivables, and payroll.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial investments to optimize the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial position.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and reporting requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations for decision-making, investments, and risk management.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a finance management role, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
- Exceptional leadership and management abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
