Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven

Finance Manager - Supply Chain & Commercial Operations

to lead core financial planning and control while directly overseeing supply chain and procurement operations. This hybrid position is ideal for a strategic thinker who can drive cost optimization, accurate forecasting, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Commercial Operations:

Full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L reporting Gross margin analysis, product costing, and unit economics Cash flow management, including payables and inventory cycles Pricing strategy support and commercial planning Ensure audit readiness, compliance, and financial controls

Supply Chain & Procurement Oversight:

Align supplier terms with financial targets Manage procurement planning and cost control Oversee inventory planning and stock optimization Analyze landed cost per SKU and logistics spend Support ERP and reporting system integration

Inventory & Working Capital Optimization:

Improve inventory turnover and demand forecasting Align procurement with cash flow strategies

Reporting & Analytics:

Track financial KPIs including cost-per-unit and margin metrics Identify margin leakage and drive improvements

Process & Systems Improvement:

Lead finance and operations process enhancements Support ERP implementation across departments

Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Supply Chain 5-10 years of experience in Finance with operational exposure Proven success in cost reduction and margin improvement Strong ERP systems experience (NetSuite, SAP, or Dynamics preferred) Strong communication skills and cross-functional leadership ability
