Job Description

A leading real estate investment & capital company based in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a core focus on real estate or property management The ideal canddiate will possess strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and leadership capabilities.Key Responsibilities: * Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance:
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate external audits and address audit findings.
  • Treasury and Cash Management:
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
  • Monitor banking activities and develop cash management strategies.
  • Minimize financial risks and maximize returns on surplus funds.
  • Investment Analysis and Decision Support:
  • Evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations for investment decisions.
  • Monitor the performance of existing real estate assets and portfolios.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
  • Set clear goals and performance expectations.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance roles within the real estate or property management industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, investment analysis, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, and financial management software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading teams and driving results.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
