Position: Finance Manager

Reliance HR Consultancy is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our Client in Ras Al-Khaimah, Ras al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The Finance Manager will work closely with senior management and other departments to ensure that the companys financial goals are met. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of financial principles and be able to effectively analyze financial data.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.

Monitor and analyze financial performance, develop financial forecasts and budgets, and report results to senior management.

Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Manage the companys cash flow and ensure that the company has sufficient funds to meet its obligations.

Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify potential areas of improvement.

Develop and manage financial systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely filing of all financial statements and tax returns.

Liaise with banks and other financial institutions to ensure the companys financial needs are met.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Proficiency in MS Office and financial software.

Fluency in English is required.
