Finance Manager
Job Description
Description: Lead finance team to maintain books of accounts in Oracle ERP as required in a courier industry. Responsible for Accounting/ Billing and Collections of Receivables. Prepare policy and procedures required for the different activities of the department and for new services introduces. Assist in the preparation of Budget for the company. Reconciliations of Cash on Delivery payments collected on behalf of E-Commerce companies. Reconciliations of Credit card payments received with the amount in the bank. Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities Formulating strategic and long-term business plans To continuously review and monitor the adequacy of systems, procedures and other relevant records to ensure compliance with other taxation Regulations. VAT preparation, completion, review and submission of VAT returns within the filing deadlines and in compliance with the local VAT laws and policies Qualification: CA/ M.B.A(finance) Experience - 4-5 years of related work experience in Express (Courier), Freight industry and Oracle ERP experience. Candidates Attributes: Business driven with strong financial acumen. Strategic planning, complex problem resolution and general management expertise. Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
