Job description The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.Finance Manager requirements :--Bachelor\'s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA a plus- 6 years of experience in accounting and minimum 8 years financial analysis- Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information- Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partnersExcellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills- Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc.- Strong Excel skills- Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions.- FP&A, investment banking, business administration, or management consulting experience.
