Job Description

Elite Co. Logistics - is currently looking for a talented Finance Manager. The person will manage financial accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely execution of key accounting processes and procedures, and compliance with relevant international accounting standards and regulatory guidelines Ability to successfully analyze and effectively communicate contract and financial data; ability to interact successfully with project staff and subcontractors, and communicate contractual and financial data effectively; computer literacy in word processing programs, spreadsheet software, and database programs; excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; ability to work as a team member, as well as independently; and ability to meet all performance standards established for this position. Education and Certification

• Bachelors' degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant degree is required
• Additional professional accounting qualification is required (ACA, CPA, CMA, CA)
• Certification in IFRS/ IAS from any accredited institute is preferred

Knowledge and Skills

• Accounting principles, practices, and standards
• Accounting software
• Laws and regulations
• Bookkeeping

Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the logistics field
