FINANCE MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION -
? Overseeing financial accounting & making improvement in the systems in case of deficiencies and establishes system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems.
? Elevating internal Control with extending guidance & support to the accounts department.
? Preparation of Monthly MIS Report & Financial Statement for the Management and provide comparison with budget.
? Advise & implement Tax Planning & VAT.
? Administrative Banking arrangement & maintain adequate source of capital from commercial bank & lending Institutions.
? Preparation of annual budget of the company.
? Produce financial model (5 years projections) including actual historical performance that can be used by the management for decision making. This should include sensitivity analysis on driver assumptions.
? Incorporating new product lines, capex, HR, and structure into the projection.
? Objective review of the revenue, cost, other assumptions based on the information and input from the team.
? Incorporating changes based on the revised assumptions.
? Preparation of next 5 years financials statement including cash flow.
? Analysis to work out BEP, Cash flow requirement for short as well as long term.
? Recommendation on capital structure and cash flow management.
? Advise and consult in planning deployment of capital expenditure and working capital.
? Overview finance unit and ensure closing accounts monthly on timely manner.
? Advise on best practices used to manage optimal working capital scenario.
? Review and advising on company's credit control process (accounts Receivable and Payable).
? Directs the installation and maintenance of accounting records to show receipts and expenditures.
? Directs the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts. receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records.
? Directs and participates in cost analyses and rate studies.
? Conduct internal audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls.
? Coordinates preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting.
? Directs the installation and maintenance of new accounting, software, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, property, and other related procedures and controls.
? Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Skills: ? Minimum qualification: CA Intermediate or ACCA or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
? 5-10 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
? Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
? Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
? Strong demonstrated use of Excel and other accounting software such as Odoo & Focus etc. Remuneration & Reporting: ? Reporting to: General Manager/CEO & Chairman
? Salary Range: 800 to 1000 OMR (As per experience & capability)
? Medical Insurance & Group Life/WC will be provided
? Annual Paid leave for 30 days & Return Air Ticket to home country would be given once in a year.
? Working days: 6 days a week with Friday OFF.
? Job Location: Al Khoud, Muscat, Oman (Omani Employment Visa will be provided) Job Type: Full-time Salary: RO800.000 - RO1,000.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
