Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to join a well-established and rapidly expanding organization within the Food & Beverage / Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector in the UAE. This role will be responsible for overseeing financial accounting, reporting, compliance, and financial controls while supporting business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Control

• Oversee financial accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting processes
• Prepare accurate financial statements and variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with financial standards
• Support group consolidation and management reporting

Financial Operations & Accounting

• Manage general ledger, journal entries, intercompany transactions, and master data
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring timely processing and collections
• Lead operational accounting and technical accounting processes
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies

FP&A and Business Partnering

• Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Support cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, supply chain, HR, and projects
• Provide insights to support business decisions and improve financial performance

Audit, Tax & Compliance

• Coordinate external audits and ensure audit readiness
• Manage VAT and corporate tax reporting and compliance
• Ensure adherence to local regulatory and international accounting standards

CAPEX & Financial Projects

• Oversee CAPEX tracking, asset capitalization, and project cost analysis
• Support financial automation and process improvement initiatives
• Implement best practices to enhance financial controls and efficiency

Leadership & Team Development

• Coach, mentor, and develop a young finance team
• Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and strong financial governance

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or ACMA preferred
• Mandatory experience within F&B or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry
• Strong background in financial control, finance controller responsibilities, operational and technical accounting
• Proven experience managing AP/AR, financial reporting, and audit processes
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
• Experience with ERP systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management experience
