Finance Manager
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage cost control and cost management initiatives to improve financial efficiency.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide clear financial insights and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor overall financial performance, identifying potential risks and growth opportunities.
Conduct internal and project-based audits while maintaining strong financial controls.
Oversee tax-related matters and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial analysis or financial management roles.
Chinese language proficiency is required.
Prior experience within technology or cloud-based companies is highly preferred.
Strong financial reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of financial management systems and tools.
Team-oriented mindset with a high level of responsibility, adaptability, and attention to detail.
