Finance Manager - Real Estate Developer :Finance Manager required for Reputed Real Estate developer in Dubai.A Finance and Admin Manager position is key to maintaining accurate accounting and financial records, internal control, receivable management and supporting the overall operation.Responsibilities1)Ensure that the books, records, and accounts are maintained accurately and fairly reflect the company\'s transactions.2)Should be proficient and have a strong grip on the Leasing and Real estate Sales operation of the company3)Implementing proper internal control in liaising with FD for timely collection of sales and rental income.4)Reviewing the sales process by conducting frequent meetings with the sales team to ensure the execution and timely completion of sales transactions.5)To ensure that sales of the units are done according to the sales price and payment plan as approved by the management and to control this and highlight the deviation, if any.6)Prepare regular unit-wise sales collection reports and highlight to FD the unusual delay in collection and take corrective action.7)Ensuring that the payment of commission to outside broker and internal sales team has been paid correctly as per company policy8)Well-versed with RERA audit, AML compliance, escrow account operation and reconciliation and VAT requirements.9)Should have proper coordination with the Leasing team to renew or make the new leasing contract in time including inter-company as per rent approved by the management.10)To review time to time the occupancy report and minimize the vacancy by taking corrective action and highlighting the long-vacant units and delay in renewal of tenancy contract.11)Liaise with the management making clear communication regarding sales and leasing operations and admin issues regularly.12) To maintain a proper reporting system for all sales and leasing achieved and ensure accurate reports are given to the management.Qualifications:1. Bachelor\'s degree in Finance and Accounting2. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with prior experience in the Real estate industry being advantageous.3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.4. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.6.
