Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our Finance department. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities and also play a crucial role in controlling and optimizing costs across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Finance Management:

• Lead and manage the finance and accounting team, including general accountants, senior accountants, and other related roles.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Cost Management:

• Implement cost control measures across the organization to optimize expenses without compromising on quality and efficiency.
• Analyze cost structures and identify areas for cost reduction or efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with department heads to establish cost management initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.

Financial Analysis:

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and financial health.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Drive initiatives to enhance profitability and financial performance.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with department heads.
• Ensure budgetary compliance and track actual performance against budgets.
• Identify variances and work with teams to develop corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support financial stability.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise, train, and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional development and growth.
• Create a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance department.
• Collaborate with HR for talent acquisition and talent development within the finance team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Proven experience in finance management, including team leadership and financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within the organization.
