About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for our client\'s education and medical division. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, provide strategic guidance, and lead a dedicated finance team under the CEO\'s mentorship.
Responsibilities:
Manage the accounting system for accurate financial reporting.
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts with CEO guidance.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend cost-saving strategies.
Provide financial advice to the leadership team and other departments.
Oversee investment decisions to optimize returns.
Manage payroll processing to ensure timely payments.
Ensure compliance with healthcare and educational regulations.
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Maintain relationships with auditors, bankers, and other partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA) required.
Minimum 5 years of healthcare finance experience.
Proven success in managing financial operations and budgets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Proficient in financial software and accounting principles.
Understanding of healthcare billing and reimbursement methodologies preferred.
